What's May Health?
It's an annual month-long challenge initiated by local chiropractors Dr. Mark Kubert and Dr. Julie Gill. Their goal is to make great health a priority in our community.
Mark and Julie believe that "Small changes in health habits can make a big difference, and when people come together to encourage and support one another, both in real life and online, the sense of camaraderie that forms is a powerful and positive motivator."
To that end they'll support your efforts throughout the challenge.
Free to participate, open to anyone.

I'm challenging myself to:
- get more exercise (signing up for Zumba classes and walking an additional 6K each week). and
- read two books.
