Blog Guelph: MayHealth - all the cool kids are doing it

If you’re in Guelph and on twitter you might have heard about May Health (also known as  #mayhealth… a month-long challenge started a couple of years ago by local chiropractors, Dr. Mark Kubert and Dr. Julie Gill. 

According to their blog, the event centres around two ideas: 

  1. Small changes in health habits can make a big difference, and
  2. When people come together to encourage and support one another, both in real life and online, the sense of camaraderie that forms is a powerful and positive motivator.
I agree, and plan to participate again this year... just need to settle on a challenge!

The event’s free, and open to anyone, so think about being a joiner. Refer to Mark’s blog post for details and some great ideas for challenges.
