Blog Guelph: Take a Breath

 It feels like we jetlined into 2013 and it's already February and the push and pull and drive and lists are all in full deadline action. Santa is barely put in the basement and people are flinging back out the hearts and advertisements for Valentines Day. 

 At some point we have to remember to step back. Take a minute to just be.

 Take a breath.
