Blog Guelph: Guelph Contemporary Dance Festival

There are two or three things I know for sure, and one of them is that a bit of rain can't stop the dance. In fact, it just may intensify the energy.

We are blessed to have the Guelph Contemporary Dance Festival upon us this weekend. With their In The Park series in Exhibition Park that jump-started things last night, and which replays both Saturday and Sunday at Noon, to the ever popular pay-what-you-can In The Street series at noon today, and the stunning choreography of world-class dancers on our beautiful River Run stage for On The Stage tonight and tomorrow.

So much to see, feel and hear. Don't let a little much needed rain keep you away. This show does go on, and it goes on with rhythm, style and passion.

Do check the links above to ensure you get to the right place at the right time. Book your tickets at the River Run box office. There may just be a few seats left.

Delve into the information about Youth Moves, and all else that GCDF does year-round. One of our greatest festivals. One of the Guelph Fab 5.

So if you're looking for me this weekend, I'll be dancing in the streets. Come rain or shine.
