Terrific Tuesday to you!
I just spent an hour typing up a post about happiness which disappeared the moment I tried to publish it.
I'm challenged to be happy about this, but at the same time, I really can't let something like a blog post going south upset my apple cart. Happiness depends on accepting the way things are.
Happiness also depends on apply heaping dollops of gratitude to every aspect of your day. For example - start by thanking all the people that made your morning coffee a possibility. Who grew the beans? Who shipped, roasted and sold you the goods? Consider the drinking water, sugar, cream and mug that you're drinking from - how many people had a hand in their creation.
Now do this for everything and everyone you engage with today. Literally thousands of people will benefit from your gratitude and you will strengthen your understanding of the interconnectedness and richness of life. This is happiness making stuff for certain.
My friend James Saper from Stone Lantern Internal Arts has just posted his spring schedule for QiGong, Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi classes. Go here for all the details. James is a gifted instructor - I highly recommend his classes.
