Blog Guelph: Walking With Chums

Good Bleary Morning,

Today I have dedicated these posts to the faithful chum, the ball of fur that drags you out in all sorts of weather, commonly known as the dog. I admit to being tired because my two K9s decided to wake me every hour to go outside last night. Even though I resisted their endless pacing to and from the door, I gave in after 15 minutes. Is spring on its way? Are they 'feeling their oats?' as my Mum would say. Was their home cooked meal causing some digestive distress? Or I wondered through the night, are they becoming senile?

Enough questions. By the light of the morning, their wagging tails and happy rumpled faces made me forget my sleepless night. During our morning walk and playtime at the park, all was forgiven. Just as dogs don't hold I grudge, how could I? Seeing dogs romp in the snow together and watching their silly antics warms my heart every time.

Thanks Rudy & Ting!!

Have a grand day.
