Blog Guelph: Henry Hearts

Henry Hearts, originally uploaded by Sue Richards.

This is a little love story.

On Christmas Day 2005, my dear friend and our community treasure, Henry Kock died from brain cancer. My neighbours and I cut out 1,000 paper hearts and handed them out at his memorial. The day after - the hearts were liberally decorating the trees along the trail by the Speed River.

Let your love decorate the world 365 days a year - starting this moment.
