Blog Guelph: The Beast of Wellington County

Today I present a brand new, freshly squeezed local movie, photographed on film. Home grown doesn't get much better than this. The director, cameraman, actor, editor, writer, Mark Stubbs did an amazing job shooting on a plastic movie camera called a Lomokino. I can attest to the fine work involved.

The movie trailer was made for a competition held by the Lomography gang of film shooters. The first prize is a big bag of Euros to be spent on production of a full film. I have been given a peek into that story board and let me tell you, it will be riveting.

Should you be afraid of The Beast of Wellington County? Oh yes, be afraid, very afraid.

Be sure to check out Mark's other mini movies on his site. He captures nostalgic images of Guelph that are timeless.

That's a wrap!
