Blog Guelph: Devil's Night

'Tis a spooky time of year. Tonight is Devil's Night, tomorrow Halloween and the streets of downtown Guelph will no doubt be swarmed by costumed crazies.
But lest you think that's all that's going on in the city centre, think again.
There are a plethora of good times to be had.
