Blog Guelph: Guelph is Blooming

Greetings Blog Guelph readers - welcome to the later half of spring.

Here we have what will soon be known as old city hall. Guelph's new city hall is being built to the right of the image on the site of old the Memorial Gardens - hence the industrial crane hovering above.
