Blog Guelph: Project Porchlight

Porchlight, originally uploaded by Sue Richards.

I've just finished my short but meaningful stint as Ambassador for Project Porchlight - delivering free compact fluorescent bulbs to homes in my neighbourhood.

Apparently these twisted little gems use 75% less energy than regular bulbs which translates into a $50.00 saving on your hydro bill over the life of the bulb.

Find out more about this project in Guelph by clicking on this link.

Hey Sue... thanks for the link, and of course for your door-to-door work! Hope it wasn't so cold out Guelph way as to discourage a good time...
