Blog Guelph: Dig This

potatoes, originally uploaded by vw-busman.

One potato, two potatoes, three potatoes, four. Five potatoes, six potatoes, seven potatoes more.

August brings forth a bounty of some of the most outstanding fresh produce available in Ontario. A visit to the Guelph Farmer's Market on Saturday morning will leave you dizzy, dizzy I say, with food choice possibilities like these sexy spuds. Add a bit of butter, salt and freshly cracked pepper and your taste buds will be flowering in no time.
